This
website is dedicated to helping you awaken to your true Self. Through
books, consultations, and free e-books, recordings, and newsletters, it
provides tools for moving out of ego-identification and into
the
Now, where Essence can be experienced.
“You are not what you think
you are. Stop giving attention to your thoughts and find out who
you really are. When you stop giving attention to your thoughts, the
stories, feelings, and activity driven by them stop. Then you
can
discover what is arising out of the flow—what is true to do
now,
in this moment. That is all you need to know. Pay attention to now, and
the rest will take care of itself.”

"...you
are at the top of my 'authors I love' list. You
speak to the reader (me) like a friend, in terms that are understood at
the levels of both my mind AND my heart. Your books speak in a language
that resonates throughout my being. You help me to DEAL with my life,
rather than urging me to shelve my problems because they don't exist. I
GET that my problems, my image of 'me' and 'my life' are constructs of
my mind, but you actually explain what to DO with that concept, where
many authors just leave you hanging. If spirituality had a door through
which we could enter and gain immediate understanding, you are that
door. My thanks to you and those you channel for helping me through
that door!" –Kathy
Roberts
“Radical appreciation of your eloquence: Gina, you are such
an
elegant author. Bravo. Your piece is beautifully true and so gracefully
languaged. I love your expression of the truth. It is deep and
insightful and rich with feminine elegance!!! I am just
brought to
my knees by the eloquence of truth and beauty . . . which is good . . .
because there is just sooooo much beauty and truth in the world, and it
is a joy to experience your truth.”
–Chris McCombs
"Gina
Lake's book is an extremely
well-written guidebook on the pracitical application of non-dualism to
one's life so that one's experience becomes more and more enjoyable and
adventurous and in harmony with the divine. The author clearly writes
from the perspective of an enlightened being; indeed she is a master
teacher and guide." –Jeff
Bronson
"Gina
Lake speaks plainly, directly, and soundly about whatever she talks
about. She makes practical nonduality look easy. Everyone 'should' have
in their library at least one book by Gina Lake. Find a title that
interests you and order it." –Jerry Katz
