Weekend intensives are usually held in April and October in Sedona, Arizona. The next one will be April 14-15: "Moving from Ego to Essence." See below for a description of these intensives. Moving from Ego to Essence, April14-15, 2012 The experience of our true Self is available right here in every moment, but negative beliefs and feelings obscure it and keep us tied to the egoic mind and suffering. The good news is that more and more people are waking up out of the egoic mind, and if you are reading this, it’s likely you are already doing that. During this intensive, you will experience the sweet Presence of your true nature and uncover and heal whatever stands in the way of living more from your essential Self. You will learn the tricks the egoic mind plays to keep you involved with it and discover how it keeps you from the peace, joy, contentment, and happiness that is at your core. You will also discover what it means to live from Essence rather than from the ego and how to better align yourself to your life purpose.
Moving from Ego to Essence in Relationships How much love you have in your life is under your control because you are the giver of love! You can choose to give love, and the more you do, the more love-filled your life becomes. That choice comes naturally when we drop out of our egoic mind and into Essence. In this weekend intensive, you will discover the love within you and unlock any blocks that keep it from flowing to others. The secret to happiness and to love is giving love. How do you keep yourself from loving? That is also how you keep yourself from being loved. This intensive is based on Gina’s book Loving in the Moment: Moving from Ego to Essence in Relationships. Through talks and dialogues, Gina will present five keys to experiencing true love and happiness. You will learn about the power of gratitude, acceptance, forgiveness, attention, Presence, and being in the moment. You will also learn how you create your feelings and experience of reality and how to create a happier and more loving life instead. The intensive is for everyone, whether you are in a relationship or single. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation, food, and lodging. There are currently no dates set for this intensive.
